Abbey Lane Aesthetics follows strict sanitization procedures. After each service is completed we follow our local Health Board's recommendations for personal service businesses.

All instruments that cannot be disinfected such as nail files and buffers are discarded or given to our clients. All metal implements are washed with antibacterial soap and rinsed with water. They are then placed for 20 minutes into a high level disinfectant. Abbey Lane uses Accel CS20 a hospital and tuberculocidal metal salon disinfectant especially formulated for the beauty care profession. It provides broad spectrum protection and prevents cross contamination from all metal salon instruments. Our pedicure bowls are washed with antibacterial soap and rinsed with water and disinfected with Accel TB a broad spectrum cleaner and disinfectant. Accel TB is currently used in 80% of all the hospitals in Canada and was the disinfectant recommended for use by the Ontario Government during the SARS crisis in 2003.


Kindly provide 24 hours notice should you have to cancel an appointment. Appointments missed without adequate notice may be subject to a missed appointment fee.


50% non-refundable deposit required for larger spa packages upon booking.
