Why does Abbey Lane Aesthetics use and promote these products?

Well for starters I would never use or promote a product that I would be afraid to use on myself, my children, friends or any of my clients.

DBP, or dibutyl phthalate, is a plasticizing ingredient that has recently been banned for use in cosmetic products in the European Union. DBP is a potential developmental and reproductive toxin that may cause a broad range of birth defects. SpaRitual & Zoya products do not contain DBP.

Toluene is a toxic volatile organic compound often used as an industrial solvent. Formaldehyde is great if you want to preserve yourself as it is used as an embalming agent, but has no business being in our nail polish and is very damaging and drying to the nail plate.
